Bryta

Energise your brain and your body

There are currently over 55 million people living with dementia across the world. Training your brain should start before our brain function begins to decline.

What is Bryta?

Bryta is an exercise and brain training program designed by academic geriatrician, and physiotherapist. The program is available to anyone over 60 years of age who would like to exercise their brain and body at the same time. We provide services across Melbourne, Victoria.

Our Mission

Bryta is a program designed to train the body and the brain at the same time. Currently, there are minimal programs available for older adults to maintain their cognition and physical health simultaneously. Having a healthy brain is important at all ages but as we reach middle age, our brain begins to change. Therefore, brain health becomes increasingly important for adults who are 60 and above.

“I have no doubt that the Bryta program, coupled to her other activities, has enabled Annie to spend several more years “at home”, for which I am eternally grateful.”
