How does the program work?
Bryta can be run as an individual (clinic or home) or group program.
Both programs begin with an one to one introduction to Bryta session. This usually runs for approximately 45 min to an hour. Here, we get to know you, your needs and current physical and cognitive capacity. This session gives you the chance to experience Bryta and ensure that it can benefit your specific needs.
The individual programs are 30 minute sessions and tailored to the client. It will involve concentrated cognitive physical training activities involving Bryta technology.
The group programs are approximately 30 minutes in duration and will run weekly. It will involve a warm-up, cognitive physical training activities involving Bryta technology and circuit strength training.
Who runs the Bryta program?
Our program is exclusively run by APHRA registered physiotherapists. Our physiotherapists are Bryta certified to ensure consistent quality care is provided to all our clients.
How will my progress be monitored?
We will be measuring your physical and cognitive performance at the start of the 10 week introductory program. This will then be re-measured and fed back to you at the end of your program

Is it appropriate for me/my parent given my/their medical condition?
Bryta is a very safe program for all abilities. Our physiotherapist are trained to work closely with you/your parents to ensure you/they are working within their own capacities.
How much does the program cost?
Clinic visits - $120 per session
Home Visits - $200 for 60 minutes, inclusive of travel (15 mins) and admin (15 mins)
Group classes $70 per session
Can I get any reimbursement?
There are 3 main funding sources that can be utilised for Bryta:
Health Funds - private health funds can subsidise your Bryta sessions. This will be dependent on your level of extras funding
Home care packages - Home Care Packages (HCP) are one of the ways that older Australians can access affordable care services to get some help at home. HCP can fund your Bryta program however please consult with your provider first.
Medicare benefits for physiotherapy are also available if you have a chronic condition or complex care needs. Medicare are rebate $61.80 for 5 sessions of “physiotherapy”. This can be accessed through a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan yearly – formerly known as Enhanced Primary Care or EPC. Please consult with your local GP.
