  • GERIATRICIAN/ FOUNDER


    Professor Lim is a Geriatrician who also works as the Clinical Director for Aged Care at Royal Melbourne Hospital and the University of Melbourne. He is a Geriatrician with an interest in cognition, neurological disorders of older people and functional exercise in older people. He supervises the Parkinson’s disease outpatient rehabilitation program at Brunswick private hospital. He has research interests in service provision for older people as well as the use of technology to enhance health outcomes.

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST/ CO-FOUNDER

    Cindy graduated from the Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University. Having completed her training at Alfred Health and Ramsey Health, Cindy has a strong background of evidence based clinical practice ranging from general medicine and intensive care to community rehabilitation. She is particularly passionate about neurological conditions, falls prevention and gerontology. Cindy is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).

    She currently enjoys working as a rehabilitation physiotherapist in the community, which centres around helping older adults live a life of fulfilment

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Chris received his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University. He has significant experience working with older adults across the community, in private practice and in hospital settings. Chris is passionate about preventing and managing musculoskeletal complications such as decreased balance, falls and mobility challenges, and enjoys finding solutions which are effective but also enjoyable. Chris is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). He also currently works in private practice, primarily working with older adults.

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Jack completed his Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy at Latrobe University. After obtaining his degree, Jack has spent his working career in the private hospital setting at Cabrini Health, working a variety of rotations including on the wards with post-surgical patients and in the home rehab setting. Jack is particularly interested in working with a person's whole team to assist with managing changes that arise with health conditions and aging. Jack is keen on supporting people to regain and maintain their functional capacity and independence so that they can enjoy life to the fullest. 

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Yolanna completed her Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. Yolanna has spent most of her clinical work working with clientele of all ages, primarily the older population. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, chronic disease management and addressing mobility challenges. She is committed to enhancing the quality of life for all her clients through evidence based treatment plans in order to allow them to achieve their goals. Yolanna is a member of the Australia Physiotherapy Association (APA). Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her pets, going for a run or exploring new places to hike.

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Maddy completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy and Post graduate Diploma of Sports medicine at Latrobe University.

    Most of Maddy’s clinical work has been with people of all ages. She has spent the past 15 years working with senior communities. Maddy enjoys learning about new ways to motivate her clients to keep moving while engaging their minds in meaningful ways.

    She is a long-term member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

    Other interests include dancing, bushwalking and volunteering for local and overseas projects.
