We value optimising the quality of life of older adults.

Why Bryta?

Research has shown that physical exercise and brain training done at the same time is effective for both cognitive and physical health in adults 60 plus.

Bryta is a program designed to train the body and the brain at the same time. This involves the simultaneous combination of brain training activities and physical exercises.

Bryta is offered as an individual or group program. The individual program is tailored to the clients needs and goals. The group program is more generalised, with the aim to improve general physical and cognitive health, as well as promote social connectivity.

Research Findings

Bryta aims to tackle cognitive decline through promoting physical activity and cognitive training as highlighted above. In a review looking at all available scientific papers, Gavelin and colleagues (2021) found that combined cognitive and physical training, delivered simultaneously, is effective in promoting both cognitive and physical health in older adults. These benefits were observed in cognitively healthy older adults, as well as for people with mild cognitive impairment.
