Home Kit
Keep training. At home.
Your own Bryta light system — pre-loaded, physiotherapist-supported, and ready to use between sessions or as a standalone program.

Why it matters
Training once a week is not enough.
The research is clear: training 2–3 times a week produces significantly better results than once a week alone. The Bryta Home Kit lets you keep your brain and body training going, on your own schedule, in your own home.
It is not a replacement for your physiotherapist — it is what keeps the progress going between sessions.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
What exactly comes in the Home Kit?
The Home Kit includes your personal set of Bryta reaction lights, pre-loaded with your training program, a carry case, and access to the Bryta App. Your program is set up by your Bryta physiotherapist before the kit is shipped to you.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use it?
No. The device is designed to be simple — the lights guide you through each exercise step by step. You just follow the lights. The Bryta App shows your session history and results, and your physiotherapist can check in remotely.
How many sessions a week do I need to do?
The research recommends 2–3 sessions per week for best results. Each session is around 30–45 minutes. You train at whatever time suits you — morning, afternoon, whenever works.
How long before I notice a difference?
Most clients notice improvements in reaction time and sharpness within the first few weeks. The research shows a minimum of 12 weeks of consistent training is needed to see meaningful, lasting cognitive gains. That is why we structure our programs around 12 weeks minimum.
What is the difference between hiring and purchasing?
Hiring is $20/wk + GST with a minimum of 10 weeks, then $22/wk ongoing. It is a good option if you want to try the program before committing. If you decide to purchase after hiring for 10 weeks, we deduct the hire cost from the purchase price. Purchasing outright is $320 + GST plus an annual app subscription of $200.
Is the Home Kit funded by Home Care Packages?
Yes. Under the Support At Home program, the Home Kit qualifies through the Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) Scheme under 'enhanced cognitive function'. Both the hire and purchase options are eligible. If you are unsure whether your package covers it, contact us and we will help you confirm with your provider.
Can I use the Home Kit without doing clinic or home sessions?
The Home Kit is designed to complement clinic or home sessions — training between your supervised appointments. However, it can also be used as a standalone program. Your physiotherapist will set up the right program for you and check in regularly, even if you are only using the Home Kit.
Is it suitable for someone with dementia or mild cognitive impairment?
Yes — that is exactly who it is designed for. The Bryta program was developed by a geriatrician with a special interest in cognitive decline, and delivered by AHPRA-registered physiotherapists trained in working with older adults with dementia and MCI. The device is intuitive enough for people with cognitive impairment to use independently.
What if I need help or something goes wrong?
Your Bryta physiotherapist is your first point of contact. They check in regularly and can troubleshoot any issues. You can also reach us at info@bryta.net or 9071 2403. If the device has a fault, we will replace it.
What happens after I finish the 12-week program?
Many clients continue training ongoing — either with a renewed program or independently with the lights. Your physiotherapist will review your progress at 12 weeks and recommend next steps. Some clients reduce to a maintenance program; others continue at full intensity.
Is the Bryta device TGA Approved?
Yes. The Bryta reaction light system is TGA Approved — the first and only reaction light training system in Australia to hold this status. That means it meets the Therapeutic Goods Administration's highest clinical safety and quality standards.
Can I cancel my hire at any time?
The minimum hire period is 10 weeks. After that, you can cancel at any time by notifying us. There are no lock-in contracts beyond the minimum.
