A talk about your brain — and what you can actually do.

These talks are designed for adults 60 and over — and anyone who cares about maintaining their independence as they age. A Bryta AHPRA-registered physiotherapist will walk you through how the brain changes with age, what the research says about slowing cognitive decline, and the kinds of training that actually make a difference.

There's always time for questions. Past attendees have asked about dementia prevention, medications, falls, and what to do when a parent or partner is showing early signs of decline.

These events are free. No sales pitch. Just good information and honest conversation.
