The Bryta App User Guide

Please follow these safety tips:
- Do not look directly into the lights when they are on.
- Do not open or take apart the device.
- Keep the lights dry.
- Stop using the lights if you feel dizzy or unwell.
- Use in a clear space to avoid trips or falls. -
Start by placing the Bryta lights on a stand, wall, or table.
There is a magnet on the back which can stick on the fridge or whiteboard.
Make sure it is secure and will not fall.
Ensure the area around you is clear and safe. -
To turn the light on:
- Press and hold the button for 2 seconds. Make sure it’s flashing.
To turn the light off:
- Press and hold the button again for 2 seconds.On your app, click the button “connect lights”.

The light may turn on, flash, or change colour depending on the exercise.
You may be asked to tap, step towards, or reach for the light as part of your program.
Always follow the instructions given by your clinician or exercise professional. -
The light will not turn on
Make sure the light is fully charged
Plug it in and charge for at least 30 minutes
Try pressing and holding the button for 2 seconds
The light turns off during use
The battery may be low — recharge the light
If the light feels warm, allow it to cool before using again
The light is not responding
Turn the light off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on
Check that nothing is blocking the button or light
The light is not working with the tablet or phone
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
Keep the device close to the light
Close and reopen the Bryta app
The light flashes unexpectedly
This may be part of the exercise program
If unsure, pause the activity and ask your clinician
If problems continue
Stop using the light
Inform your clinician or Bryta provider for assistance

2. Are you/ the participant alert and orientated?
3. Can you/the participant stand up independently?
4. Are you/ the participant pain-free or at baseline level of pain?
